Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product, provided it meets the following conditions (USA customers only):

The product must be returned unused in brand new condition with all packaging and manuals included.  A used camera is not returnable.  A decision to return the camera must be approved by Oasis Scientific and we will issue a return authorization number.  A camera can only be returned in the first 30 days after initial delivery.  A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned equipment, and higher restocking fee will apply if the returned products are used or package is damaged or parts are missing.

USA Returns:

1. Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please email us at info@oasisscientific.com to receive a RMA#. Products cannot be returned without a RMA number.
2. All defective items can be exchanged for the same model as the defective item or refunded for the cost of the item. Never opened items can be refunded fully. At our discretion, all opened non-defective returns will be assessed up to 20% restocking fee within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept any returns by products that are damaged by customers. 
3. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To be accepted, product must be in the  original packaging including all accessories, instructions, and warranty cards. Any damage or defects to the products MUST be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.
4. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value, and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. The original receipt or a copy of it should also be included in your return package. 
5. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. The original and returns S&H charges will not be refunded or reimbursed. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handling charges to the customer. 
6. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery, regardless of reason.

International Returns:

We do not accept international returns, and will not be responsible for international shipping cost and the related fees and taxes.
