Delivery
Oasis Scientific makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. All in-stock orders placed are shipped within 48 business hours from when the order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends (those received after Fridays after 12PM) will be processed on Monday.
Expected delivery times are quoted from the time the item leaves our facility until it reaches your destination, not from when the order is placed and are only an estimation and not a guarantee.
You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

For international orders, please check with your local rules and regulations about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on goods imported into your country. Please note that all the shipping related fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient, not Oasis Scientific, Inc. In the event a shipment is refused and returned for any reason other than Damage, any taxes, duties, custom fees , brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
